Absolutely matey. :]
To make an entry like this one, go to Post an Entry and put in whatever you want it to have, and at the top near your icon it should say the date. Next to that is a link that says Edit--click it. Enter a random date in the far future and click the box that says Date Out of Order, so it stays at the top of the page but doesn't mess up the sequence of your other entries.
To make an entry friends-only, at the bottom of the page next to the button that says "post to onelittlerosie", there's a selection box. Select the Friends option instead of Everyone, or if need be you can select a custom group or set it private so only you can see it. As far as I know there's no way to automatically set all your entries to Friends only, so you can just select it for every entry.

i gor rejected. first they said they lost my college transcript after it had already been confirmed that they received it. then after an hour of "deleberation" they rejected me. it was really weird, they said my grades were the reason i didnt get in. i dont know what to do, i feel like my life is over
